Doggotel Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

1.1 By availing of Doggotel's boarding and services, pet owners agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2 Doggotel reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that does not meet our health and safety standards.

1.3 By submitting a Registration Form, pet owners acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Boarding Services 2.1 Boarding options available:

2.2 The boarding fee includes accommodation in AC rooms, food, playtime, and supervision.

2.3 Pet owners may bring their pet’s bedding and toys for Private Stay accommodations only.

2.4 Check-in and check-out times must be strictly followed:

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Booking procedures will be communicated at the time of reservation.

3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3.3 Pet owners must provide complete, honest, and accurate details about their dog in the Booking Form.

4. Pet Eligibility and Safety

4.1 Doggotel cannot accept dogs with aggression toward people. By booking, pet owners confirm that their dog is non-aggressive.

4.2 Any known dangers or behavioral issues related to a pet must be disclosed at the time of booking.

4.3 All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, deworming, and tick/flea treatments. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded during registration.

4.4 Dogs must not have had any contagious disease or illness in the past 15 days.

4.5 Un-spayed female dogs are accepted. However, if a pet is expected to be in season during her stay, pet owners must inform Doggotel in advance.

4.6 While precautions are taken, Doggotel is not responsible for unintended pregnancies.

5. Pickup and Drop Services

5.1 Pickup and drop services are available at an additional charge:

6. Bath & Grooming Services

6.1 Optional bath and grooming services are available:

Bath: ₹250
Blow Dry: ₹250 6.2 These services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

7. Swimming & Activities

7.1 Doggotel offers a pet-friendly swimming pool for supervised sessions.

7.2 Swimming is not included in the boarding fee. Charges apply:

1-hour swimming session: ₹800
Assisted 1-hour session (includes bath & blow-dry): ₹1000 7.3 First-time swimmers will be assisted by trained staff. 7.4 Swimming slots can be booked online at www.doggotel.in/swimming-pool.

8. Liability for Injuries and Damages

8.1 Pet owners are responsible for any harm caused by their dog to another animal or person, including veterinary or medical costs.

8.2 Any damages to Doggotel’s property caused by a pet will be charged to the owner.

9. Medical Emergencies

9.1 In case of illness, Doggotel will take the pet to the owner’s designated vet or the nearest available vet.

9.2 All medical costs incurred during the stay will be the pet owner's responsibility.

10. Care and Liability

10.1 Doggotel provides the highest standard of care; however, we are not liable for loss, injury, or death of any pet inside or outside the facility.

10.2 Doggotel strives to make every pet’s stay a comfortable and happy experience.

11. Amendments

11.1 Doggotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Pet owners will be notified of any significant changes.

By booking a service with Doggotel, pet owners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
